Here are some of the characteristics we are looking for in new team members:

  • Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of seven to 10 years of relevant experience and preferably have public relations agency or journalism backgrounds. Relevant experience means that you have worked in one (or many) of the following areas: PR, writing, editing, online communications, and internal or employee communications.
  • Sector expertise: Given our diverse range of clients, you should have experience in one (or many) of the following sectors: corporate, financial services, professional services, technology, consumer products, travel, tourism, healthcare, government, and nonprofit.
  • Abilities: We are looking for strategic thinkers who have a firm grasp of PR and communications issues and industry trends. You must be able to use your exceptional communications skills to help our clients achieve their business goals and create business value.
  • Approach: At the start of each project, we set goals and objectives, and we consistently deliver on them. We need people who are proactive and detail oriented—people who have proven they can deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Attitude: At Broad Reach, you will have to collaborate on many projects. We are looking for team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic, who are committed to sharing best practices and exceeding client expectations.
